Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) is a mission-driven news organization providing trusted, independent journalism in 23 countries where a free press is restricted or under threat. With the sudden loss of U.S. government–funded research contracts, the organization must now reestablish its own research and analytics capabilities from the ground up.

Have you ever built a research budget, scoped costs for qualitative or quantitative projects, or run an RFP with vendors?
